By accessing or using IKS Renew services at https://iksrenew.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

Section 1

Service Description

1.1 IPTV Services

IKS Renew provides:

  • Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscriptions from third-party providers, sold by IKS Renew as an independent reseller
  • Satellite server (IKS) plans for compatible satellite receivers
  • Reseller program opportunities
  • Support on WhatsApp and by email

1.2 Service Availability

  • Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Channel availability, streaming quality and performance depend on the provider's server, your device, your signal and your internet connection, and are not guaranteed by IKS Renew
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access

Section 2

Eligibility and Order Information

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2.2 Order Information

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you order, such as your device serial number, BoxID or account ID
  • Keep your login details private
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
  • You are responsible for all activity under your subscription

Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that violate these Terms, involve fraudulent activity, share credentials with unauthorized users, or use the service for illegal purposes.

Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plan Selection

Available plans include:

  • IPTV Subscriptions: Fixed durations, as listed on each plan page
  • Satellite Server (IKS) Plans: From the brands and durations listed on our website
  • Reseller Programs: Custom packages

3.2 Payment Terms

  • All fees are stated in USD, or in PKR for visitors in Pakistan
  • Payment is due when you place an order or renew
  • The payment methods available are shown at checkout, and some may be marked as coming soon
  • Prices are shown on each plan page and may change. The price shown when you place your order applies to that order

3.3 Renewals

  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we never charge you without an order from you
  • To renew, order again or contact us with your serial number or account ID
  • Renew before your plan ends to avoid interruption

No Refunds

  • All sales are final. Once payment is made and the service is activated or renewed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Please check compatibility and plan details before you pay, and contact us first if you are unsure
  • If a trial is available for a plan, it is shown on the plan page
  • If you have a problem after activation, contact our support team and we will help you as quickly as we can

3.4 Incomplete Payments

  • Orders are processed after payment is confirmed
  • If a payment is not completed, the order is not activated

Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our services for:

  • Personal entertainment and streaming
  • Legitimate business purposes (reseller accounts)
  • Educational content access

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute content without authorization
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use VPN/proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions (unless explicitly allowed)
  • Engage in piracy or copyright infringement
  • Hack, reverse engineer, or attempt to breach security
  • Overload servers with automated requests
  • Use services for illegal activities
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with other users access

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and service marks are owned by IKS Renew or licensors
  • Website design, graphics, and software are protected by copyright
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

5.2 Third Party Content

  • IPTV channels and content are provided by third party providers
  • We do not own or control third party content
  • Content availability subject to provider agreements

6. Device and Technical Requirements

6.1 Compatible Devices

  • IPTV plans: supported devices and formats are listed on each plan page (for example Smart TV, Android box, Firestick, mobile, MAG, Enigma2 and M3U)
  • Satellite server (IKS) plans: a compatible satellite receiver connected to a dish, with an internet connection
  • If you are not sure your device is compatible, please ask us before you order

6.2 Internet Requirements

  • Recommended: at least 15 Mbps for HD streaming
  • Recommended: at least 25 Mbps for 4K streaming, where available
  • Stable internet connection required

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "AS IS"

Services provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for particular purpose
  • Non infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error free operation
  • Channel availability, streaming quality and performance

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid for services in last 12 months.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

  • You can stop using the service or stop renewing at any time. Subscriptions do not renew automatically
  • Contact support for assistance
  • No refunds for the remaining subscription period

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment
  • Illegal use

10. Reseller Program Terms

10.1 Reseller Eligibility

  • Must apply and be approved
  • Comply with reseller agreement
  • Maintain minimum sales volume

10.2 Reseller Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to end-users
  • Not misrepresent services
  • Make our no-refund terms clear to your customers
  • Maintain ethical business practices

11. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify Terms at any time
  • Changes effective immediately upon posting
  • Material changes communicated via email or website notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally
  • Jurisdiction: Courts in Karachi, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction
