- Supplier references QVIART, VIARK SAT and VIASAT boxes; not every receiver model or firmware is compatible.
- Before ordering: confirm your exact receiver, firmware, serial number and dish/satellite setup with support.
- SP2 is advertised as 'Spain server + Apollo IPTV'; confirm the included channels/apps and activation rights.
- Find the Serial Number (SN) on the receiver sticker or in Menu > System / Receiver Information.
- At checkout: enter your exact receiver SN. Support may ask for decoder model or additional verification.
- Activation: the provider verifies the eligible receiver and processes the SP2 server/TV entitlement.
- For IPTV: a supported app/receiver and stable internet are required. Ask support for correct login/setup.
- For IKS: receiver compatibility, satellite dish alignment, signal and any required network access matter.
- Channels, apps, picture quality, activation time and uptime depend on the provider; check refund terms first.
