- Supplier references QVIART boxes, VIARK SAT boxes and VIASAT boxes; compatibility is model-specific.
- Before ordering: confirm receiver make, full model, firmware and satellite/dish position with support.
- Find the Serial Number (SN) on the receiver sticker or via Menu > System / Receiver Information.
- At checkout: enter the exact receiver SN. Support may also request the decoder type or model.
- How activation works: after purchase, the provider verifies/renews service against your eligible receiver SN.
- After activation, follow the receiver's server/network instructions. Internet may be required for IKS.
- A properly aligned satellite dish, usable signal and supported receiver firmware are still necessary.
- Available channels, satellites, uptime and activation speed depend on the provider and your setup.
