Is Playrix Sky an official Forever dealer?
Yes. Playrix Sky is an official dealer and partner of the Forever servers company. Every Forever plan we sell is the genuine plan, activated through the company.
What do I need to renew Forever?
You need your receiver serial number (SN). It is on the device label, or on the receiver under Menu > System Settings > STB Information > Serial Number (SN). Enter it on the plan page when you order so the plan is activated on the right device.
How do I order and pay?
Choose your plan and duration on this page, enter your serial number and place the order. Prices are in USD worldwide and in PKR inside Pakistan. You can also order and confirm payment on WhatsApp.
My Forever plan is active but channels are not working. What should I check?
Check three things first: your internet connection is stable, your receiver has the latest software, and your dish signal is good. Most problems come from one of these. If everything is fine and it still does not work, message us on WhatsApp with your serial number.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Plans are activated by the company on your serial number and cannot be cancelled or moved after activation, so please check your serial number and plan before you order.
