Forever Server Renewal: How to Renew Your Forever IKS Server and Code

What is a Forever server?

Forever is an IKS (Internet Key Sharing) server used by many satellite receivers. Your receiver connects to the Forever IKS server over the internet to open encrypted satellite channels. Each receiver is linked to its serial number, so the renewal is done on that serial. When the subscription ends, the channels stop until you renew.

Forever server renew: step by step

1. Find your serial number. On most receivers open Menu > System Settings > STB Information > Serial Number (SN). It is also printed on the label under the device.

2. Choose your plan. Forever IKS, Forever VIP and VIP2 are available from 1 to 12 months.

3. Place your order on IKS Renew and enter your serial number exactly as shown on the receiver.

4. Pay with a method that suits you. Customers in Pakistan can pay in PKR.

5. Restart your receiver after we confirm the renewal, and keep it connected to the internet.

Which Forever IKS server plan do I need?

Forever Server IKS: the standard plan for the satellites listed on the plan page.

Forever VIP IKS: covers Nilesat 7W, Badr 26E and Eutelsat 36E for Africa and the Middle East.

VIP2: check the plan page for its satellite list before ordering.

Forever server code: what does it mean?

Some customers receive a renewal code instead of a direct serial renewal. Either way, we need your correct receiver serial number. A wrong digit is the most common reason a renewal does not work, so double-check it before ordering.

Common problems after renewal

Channels still closed: restart the receiver and check that the internet is connected.

"Server expired" still showing: wait a few minutes, then restart again.

Some channels open and others do not: that channel may be on a satellite your plan does not cover.

If anything still does not work, message us on WhatsApp with your serial number and a photo of the screen.
