How to Renew Forever Server Yourself on metamango.org, or in Pakistan in PKR

You can renew a Forever receiver in two ways: yourself on the Mango customer website (metamango.org), or through a dealer who activates it on your serial number. This guide shows both, so you can pick whichever is easier for you in Pakistan.

What you need first: your serial number (SN)

Every Forever renewal is tied to the receiver's serial number. On the receiver open Menu > System Setting > STB Information and note the Serial Number (SN). It is a 12-digit number. The same screen also shows a Verification Code, which the Mango website asks for when you add the receiver to your account. See how to find your serial number if your menu looks different.

Option 1: Renew yourself on metamango.org

1. Register. Open metamango.org, click Register, enter your email or mobile number, type the verification code the site sends you and set a password.
2. Log in with your email or mobile number and password.
3. Open Terminal. You will see three buttons: Add STB, Renew Box and Renew Netfly.
4. Click Renew Box and type your 12-digit SN in the "Input SN" box, then click Query.
5. Read the list. The site shows the service products available for that receiver in four columns: Service, Product Name, Service Period and Price. Choose the one you want and follow the payment steps on the site.
6. Restart the receiver after the renewal so it picks up the new date.

If the list stays empty after you click Query, first check the number against the STB Information screen. The customer website does not show products for every receiver, even when the serial number is correct. In that case send us the number: a dealer account can see the plans for it and activate one for you.

The services and plans you will see

For a Forever receiver the list is grouped into six services. Next to each one the site shows its current status for your receiver: the expiry date, "Expired", or "Never Actived".

• TV Service (TV Stick, 1, 3 or 12 months): lets you watch selected TV channels through your dish. This is the standard Forever IKS plan.
• Stream Service (Stream Stick, 1, 3 or 12 months): streaming content over the internet (Apollo IPTV). No dish needed.
• VIP Service (VIP Package, 3, 6 or 12 months): premium packages that include the TV Service and the Data Service, without the IPTV service.
• VIP2 Service (VIP2 Package, 3 or 12 months): the top level. It includes all services and the new packages as they arrive.
• CAS Service (7E-SPORT or 51.5E-SPORT, 1, 3, 6 or 12 months): English sports channels on 51.5°E and French sports channels on 7.0°E, for Continental Africa.
• Data Service (Data Stick, 6 or 12 months): a set of smaller tools such as BISS Auto, subtitle translation, EPG Pro, CHMax, Net Audio, weather, YouTube, Match Today and cloud storage for MyLink. It becomes valid automatically when any of the services above is active, so most people do not need to buy it separately.

Other useful things on the same website

• Add STB: link a receiver to your account with its SN and Verification Code.
• Adult control: after adding the receiver you can switch adult content on or off from Terminal. Restart the receiver after changing it.
• CHMax: build and edit your channel list in the cloud (satellites, transponders, favourites) and load it on the receiver.
• My Link, Net Audio and Skin Store: send a web link to the TV, combine satellite video with internet audio, and change the look of the receiver menu.

Option 2: Renew in Pakistan and pay in rupees

Many customers in Pakistan prefer not to register or pay on a foreign website. In that case send us the serial number and we activate the plan on it for you.

1. Open the Forever prices in PKR page and choose the plan and duration.
2. Enter your serial number in the order.
3. Pay with a local method. The details are on your invoice, or we send them on WhatsApp.
4. We activate the plan on your serial number after the payment is confirmed. Restart the receiver.

Before you pay, either way

• Check the serial number twice. A plan activated on a wrong serial number cannot be moved.
• Check that your dish points at a satellite the plan covers. The satellites for each plan are listed on the Forever page.
• A plan only decodes channels. If the dish or the internet connection has a problem, renewing will not fix it. See what to check when channels stop working.
